KLVN Refund Policy

We stand behind every product we make. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. To initiate a return, contact support@klvn.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items. Return shipping costs for preference-based returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund is processed.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you require a different product, return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@klvn.com with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost.
